The 5-panel promotional cap Promostars Net is made from 100% polyester. The front panel is reinforced and padded with foam, which also covers the visor. The side and back panels are made from mesh, ensuring breathability. The width adjustment at the back is plastic. Due to the foam’s sensitivity to high temperatures on the front panel and visor, we recommend against using thermal transfer printing.
The best method for placing a company logo or other graphic design is computer embroidery. Alternatively, a printed patch, embroidered patch, or jacquard (woven) patch can be used. In addition to embroidery and printing services, we also have a graphic studio that can design a company logo or prepare visualizations for prints and embroideries upon customer request. During order fulfillment, we also prepare embroidery programs and templates for prints.
